How can I tell what nut key I require, I have a 15 spline nut key but which type would it be, is it ABC4 or ABC31 or is it another ABC TYPE. Any ideas please.

need to go to the parts dept at a dealer they have a master set and can identify the one you want less than a tenner for replacement

Just had a look at mine and there seems to be 33 stamped in the indentation on the splined end, nothing else, sorry.:(
Thanks for taking the time to check yours out but how many splines are on yours

I had an issue removing some locking wheel nuts today, one of the Z3 I'm breaking had no key.

The 'type/style' of locking bolt is stamped on the far end of the bolt, at the base.

The 'type/style' of locking key is stamped on the face of the key.

Many look very similar and unsurprisingly are difficult to remove without the right tool(s).

Makes me think that I should check to see if Trinity has locks on her wheels, best to find out now rather than on the road. But they put new tires on so either the right key is there or no locks! JIM

always worth noting the code in with your paperwork then if you do lose it its only a phone call to order a new one I learned the hard way
