Just installed Gizmo off Ebay for Z3 business CD player simple to do easy plug and play job and so far (day1) works very well - also gives small easily placed microphone for hands free and that works well too - So so far all good and definitely recommend if you want to leave OEM radio in car tried to attach an image may not be exact one but you get the idea
