I think they're OE from one of the specialist makers.

Think there was only one Z3 OEM boot spoiler, all the others are after market. Here's mine which is said to be a exact copy of the OEM.(and I believe still available from manufacturer in USA) BMW Z3 OEM spoilers not been available for some years and really rare in this country.
