Bloody Seagulls

People say that living on the coast causes rust problems.......there is a far greater problem than that!!!!

As it is nice and sunny today, I dropped the wife off at the shops, came home and washed the Zed.
(To Get rid of a layer of dust and a few oily marks on the doors and bonnet where I had been working on it.)

All nice and clean, and went to pick the wife up...stopped at a Costa Coffee for half an hour, come out to be greeted by my nice clean Zed, absolutely covered in crap.
The bloody seagull needs to see a doctor as obviously has a serious problem with diarrhoea. As not only my car but the whole of one of the plate glass windows of Costa was covered as well.

Then 100mph home the clean the crap off. ( actually it was nearer 35mph)

Cleaned and in the garage now

I live on the coast, used to get the bloody things nesting on the workshop roof.
We used to lob smoke bombs up there.

When I lived on the coast, the cannon used to go off for the lifeboat launch.
The locals quickly stepped inside whilst the tourists stepped outside to gawp , just as the seagulls lifted off and sprayed

Only thing I won’t miss in the Isle of Man is the bloody seagulls. I wished when we have pheasant season at home the same was ok here for seagulls I could have spent a fortune on ammunition and maybe even justify a automatic Only for scavenger ones around town though.
