Bloody Covid

Yes , I’ve had Covid and it brought out my cyclic vomiting syndrome……..
Ive been very unwell and been in hospital for 5 days
I got home a couple of hours ago
Im weak at the moment but that can be easily fixed

Was it the XEC variant Shelly? A few days putting your feet up and looking out at Snow White is in order I think

I don’t know, but what ever the variant is , isn’t very nice .
Allan is still testing positive after 7 days
Im about 12 or so hours after him

Try not to push yourself too much doing things and be hudrated. Also take care of your bodys electrolytes.
Ask the doctor to give you a prescription for replenishing yours.
