Been and collected my chrome stone guards from Mr T-Tony which he very kindly brought back from the U.S
Will post some pics when i get chance to stick them on the car as i didn't have time today as we had to go shopping for a new washing machine after we left Tony's....which blew my savings for the wheels to be refurbed ....but at least we'll have clean clothes now .

Well we assembled at ours and set off for Upton, Gainsborough. I took the Z3 just I wasn't the odd one out. I led off and took the direct route, one which local Retford Rally club used to use for their runs years ago. It's a bit rustic and tested the Z's suspension. Had a great Sunday lunch carvery at the Rose and Crown at Upton. We pulled into the car park and were immediately spotted by a couple who were there in their silver Z3. I gave them a Z.org card and they sat at the next table for their lunch and they took some pictures for us. We left there and took a more relaxed run back home via Gainsborough A156 back to Torksey Lock.
We hadn't been back long and Bryan arrived with an old family friend to catch up with.
Nice to meet Andy and Bryan, good to see Ant and Roy again.

A great afternoon spent with known friends and new ones .
Thanks to @t-tony and Shirl again for the hospitality the pub was a good choice for a good carvary lunch.
