Bleeding z3 coolant

Hi guys, im doing a thermostat this afternoon on my m44 and wondering whats the best procedure for bleeding the system afterwards. Wheres the bleed screws and do i get the front end nice and high

This is the Bentleys procedure.

Raise the car, and fill the system slowly.

Thank you, done it now all bled as per instructions run up to temp and now not running cold and no more smell of fuel.
Someone had, had a go at it before and
Rounded the bolt underneath it, it is an old car and seems like everythingbi touch is rounded managed to get it out and put a new one in
