You can swap these on car ramps. Bolts fit into captive nuts.

Easy job if you don’t have the tools your not to far from Banbury I’ll gladly do it for you, it’ll take less than 20 mins plus there’s an excellent pie pub in my village. But as Tony said can be done on ramps unless your big boned like myselfaxle stands are a better option for increased clearance.
