A very happy New Year to each and every member of Zroadster.org I had a notification of 2 years of membership tonight which was a surprise but that is tinged with a touch of sadness as I lost my brother Martin on New Years eve in the City Hospital at Nottingham some 9 years ago.

The night our old boy went we had already arranged for the village p*** up/crawl as usual and when we left the City Hosp, Lorraine, his wife told us to do what we had planned as Martin wouldn't have wanted it any other way, so that's what we did, out of respect and love.

Absolutely mate,he would of been there in spirit (pardon the pun) and it's the best way to remember him as he'd of enjoyed it

A happy and prosperous new year to you too Tony, and to your family. We lost Jues nanna 11 years ago Christmas day. We were sat eating our dinner when the hospital rang. She was a character and a half! Always remembered at this time of year.
But let's see the bright side of things tonight. We have put behind us what's been a pretty rough year so we're looking forward to 2016, I'm hopeful it will deliver a much happier and settled year for us.
