Strangely our friend who hails from Sheffuld originally calls it "Chips and Fish"??? It does look good! First pic of car under the blossom is spot on, hope you didn't get too much in the car. I guess you didn't see those funny yellow lines for all the blossom then?

You even managed a pic of my boat on the Teign, I think Shaldon is one of the best places in Devon.
I repeat myself. Those fish and chips are worth the drive. Can you show me where this place is in the british iles. I'm making a note of stopping there sometime.

It’s lovely but you must call by our friends chippie in Dawlish,”Franks frying “ it’s an old style fish shop the potatoes are not these frozen ones but are freshly peeled and put through his crinkle chipper and his fish are fresh not frozen at sea,peas are soaked daily,the pair of them take a lot of pride in their work and regard their customers as friends and would be disappointed if you went away unhappy .i don’t know if you’ve had one before but last night we had a lightly batted deep fried strawberry jam sandwich! Yes, SWMBO and I will definitely call in and sample them, it would be rude not to, not sure about the fried jam sandwich though!! I'm sure my daughter will sample it though.

There's a Fish and Chip shop at Disney Springs Pete (formally Downtown Disney) the Fish and Chips are really nice but sadly they don't do mushy peas over there. Seriously tempted to take some with us and go and buy Fish and Chips and take them back to the villa to enjoy them properly.
