Best spark plugs?

Hi all, I think I’ll replace my spark plugs as I’ve no idea how long they have been in the car or how many miles they’ve done.

Any recommendation for a good quality set? and a good supplier? My M has the S50 engine.

These are what I used in my S50 as recommended, 50k on still good. Not too expensive approx £60 for six. They are NGK heat rated 7, so smack in the middle of a hot and cold plug so good for varied driving . If you are going to maily bimble about then I would try a hotter plug.
