Im going to have to replace my thermostat and my idler pulley is chirping like a deranged bird. I looked on eurocarparts and they have what I need but being new to this car and buying bits generally I thought I'd ask for your help.
Are there suppliers you recommend and those, or parts that I should avoid. I can see that I need a 32mm thin spanner and perhaps a holding tool so any help you can provide will be well received.
Thanks

Hi, Europarts have Upto 68% of today.
If you can't get hold of a 32mm scanner and something to hold the pully, a blunt long solid screwdriver will do,
iv just taken my viscous fan off, 2 sharp blows clockwise (from the front of the car) and it's off, a 2 min job, then you just have 4 10mm bolts and 2 hoses to remove, disconnect the electrical connector, Fill with 50/50 antifreeze and bleed. 1hour max.

Eurocarparts or GSF for most parts, BMW if no decent OE quality part available. I tend to avoid eBay as you don't really know what your getting.

Brands like Meyle and Lemforder are good quality suppliers.
