Bespoke exhaust place recommendations

Hi EAC members

Could anyone recommend a place that makes bespoke stainless steel exhausts for a BMW Z3 M43 engine? My exhaust is ok at the moment but I understand that original exhausts are hard to source so I am looking to get some 'ball park' quotes from a reputable & trustworthy place so that I can start saving ready for when the day comes & it needs replacing. Happy to travel so the recommendations don't have to be in Norfolk but do need to be in East Anglia.

Hoping to meet you all soon when restrictions are lifted & we can get together

Hi Jess you could try powerflow there is one in Boston not used them but I’ve heard they are ok
just looked there is also one in Norwich and bury st Edmunds depending on where you are in Norfolk

I had a full stainless with removable/exchangeable cat tailor made at MIJ Performance in Walsall for my Z3 about 10 years ago and it’s still going strong. My son has since used them for his car and a mate of mine for his 911 Porsche - highly recommend them.

Thanks for the info, Walsall might be a bit far for me but they sound very good so could be an option if I linked it in with another purpose

Thanks, i'm in North Norfolk near Cromer so Norwich would be the closest for me but i would be keen to know if anyone has experience of them & their work

Did you get sorted Jess? I am in the same position, can’t find a cat back replacement for an M43 anywhere. All the big name places say it’s discontinued..although they probably all use the same supplier. My local bmw specialist recommended a powerflow so seeing them next Saturday. Will see what they say and how much and report back !

Look up stainless creations on YouTube there in falkirk people travel from all over the UK to have exhausts built I had one built by them last month cost £550 EVIL GT on YouTube use them as well
