I have had further instruction from the organisers. They would like for us to be in and parked up by 9.30am.
We will meet between 8.30am and 9am at the Retford and Gainsborough Garden Centre to drive in together, leaving the garden centre at 9am.
There is a £3 entrance fee. To aid in getting everyone on to the stands quickly (before 10am) you will not be required to pay on entry and I will collect your entrance fee on behalf of the organisers. Please have the correct change available as I may not have change. If you arrive after 10am then you will be required to pay the entrance at the gate.
We only have 20 places available on the stand. I have the following people currently confirmed.
1. Richard Rixham
2. Steve Bostock
3. Shauny Twr
4. Simon and Kerry Ireland
5. T-Tony (Zroadster)
6. Keith and Denise
If you are not on the list then we cannot guarantee a spot on the stand if lots turn up on the day.

I have emailed the organiser to confirm if it is per car or per person. I will update as soon as I have confirmation.
The entrance fee is £3 is per car, but as this is a charity event and the money goes to Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance, you can pay more or per person if you would like.
