So at kwik fit, chatting to the fella he tells me there's a 2000 f430 locked up out back with 7000 miles from new. Going up for auction Monday so was in for an mot (which it failed, rusted discs).
They were under strict instruction to only drive it on and off the ramp, no other use.
The fella turns up with the trailer to take it away and turns out it's David Beckham's

How do I upload a video ha

I bet it's not been DBs for a while... Looks really dated. We are lucky not to have that problem with the "timeless" design of the Z...would I swap for a Ferrari?

The running costs are somewhat different.:)

I read the other day it was going up for sale at Auction. Mind they had a villa in France they sold last year and they had not been to it in more than 7 years. Some folk have too much money to just let things sit around.

I was saying what is the point in even buying it if it's used once or twice a year but i would have too many cars to use if i was that rich too

I bet it will go for quite a bit of money :p

I guess the fact David has owned this Ferrari will attract some financial interest.
The Z3 has more style but then again I've never been a fan of Ferrari's

Yeah, how sad... The only cars I can imagine making more than their market value are cars once owned by celebs renowned for motor sport... Steve Mcqueen maybe or Stirling Moss.. Just reminded me somebody had a z3 for sale recently once owned by a gold medal winning Olympic triple jumper! You see! big stars have Zs too! Don't know if it sold any quicker.

They've taken a car like that into a Kwikfit branch?

I wouldn't even trust them to drive it onto a ramp.

If Beckham had owned it, I wouldn't want it!:)

That car used to be mine...then I bought a Zed!

I suppose you could look at in a way that, these cars not being used are being preserved for someone else to have a low mileage example in the future,.. To then commute up and down the M5 in..?
