It's back to work for me today :p
After having 8 weeks off after my operation :)
It was lovely being at home ......... :)
But I do Like my routine of going to work etc :)
But only 3 weeks to go before I'm on holiday yippee :)

Foot still bit sore ......... :(
But I don't know if I'm resting it too much and then when I do things it's hurting :)
Or not doing enough if you know what I mean :)
It's so frustrating :)

Take you a few days to back back into things Shelly. When I was off for 3 months last year it felt a bit odd for a week or so. Soon feels like you've never been off tho.

Like you say after a few days it will be like I've never been away ;)
 
It's good to hear that you are going back to work, Shelly. Don't work too hard and try and rest your foot as much as you can. Bet you are glad to be getting back to a bit of normality.

Great news. It's hard and very tiring getting back into the swing of things. Doing full days right out the box isn't easy so give yourself a few this week to adjust. Hopefully your employer understands this and let's you work shorter days.
 
I had nearly 4 months off after my heart op Shelly and I was tired by afternoon but eventually you get used to it again. Take it easy.

Glad your day went well Shelly!! Ice for twenty min. Off for twenty then heat for twenty, off twenty and repeat . Helps keep the swelling down to a minimum and helps promote healing. Use it all the time and it works. JIM
 
Hope things get easier Shelly ...I went back yesterday after 11 weeks im only on a 50% work loading at the moment but its enough to get things working again!
