Back in the Zed club again

After selling my slightly modded 2.8 last year to a guy in Romania.I bought an e46 M3 as a bit of an investment and an "upgrade"

After driving around in it for a while I had started to miss the small and agile nature of the Z3. It is way fast than the Z and still fun, it just feels like there is a lot of hand holding with the power.

After being let down by one seller, that was selling a topaz blue 3.0 Z3 for £2000. My dad found a Sienna Red 3.0 w/ hardtop in Nottingham for £3500. After heading on the 300ish mile drive up to Nottingham and some shrewd negotiations I now have a Z3 again!

At first I wasn't a fan of the Red as I generally prefer blue. But having cleaned it up after the long drive it looks amazing!

Also, If anyone wants to the hard top with the fitting kit they can have it for £1100

Got the hardtop off and it seems like it has never been removed!
The rough seems like it had shrunk a bit from not being under tension and it was a bit gross, with green back window and a mouldy inside head lining. Looking at the roof itself there isn't a single thread that is broken and theres no where except for where it has been resting where folded! Also every rubber in contact with the hardtop was caked in dirt!
