Yes well had to take work colleague back today because he decided not only to cut the tree, but his wrist as well. (With a chainsaw I might add)Hmmm... But on the positive side I spotted this very nice Red Zed. Could be the sister car to mine! Black leather but heated seats, whereas I have the Aircon. Red paint was in super condition, not like mine, so quite jealous..
Tschüss

Hard to cut your wrist with a chainsaw but makes one hell of a mess if you do manage it! Hope he's healing up and realizes where it all went wrong!! JIM

Jim, he was in the tree with a top handle saw. Easily done, but all is well. Damage, but "not that" serious, he will be off work 5-6weeks I suppose.

Not something that happens everyday @Paul M He's lucky he didn't chop the hand off! Must have been difficult for them to stitch that up. Gonna be sore for quite some time! JIM

Yes true, but I think it was more a movement into a saw before it had stopped. He can't remember, shock and adrenaline. If it had been going at full gas it would have looked a bit different. That is an understatement.
I was with him all the time as he does not speak German. So I could see the extent of the damage. Infection is probably a greater concern at the moment. But is looking ok.

I suspect you're correct that the chain was slowing down. I wish him well as he recovers from this unfortunate accident. Chainsaws are dangerous weapons in the wrong hands, I've seen some ugly ones over the years!! JIM
