Hi. Can someone please give me a steer on this as to whether it is a Sport. Also it does not have cruise control which for a 2007 Sport I would have thought it would. Finally, although a private sale the price seems trade money. Any views please on the price. Thanks.

They did not all come with cruise. It was an optional extra. Mine is a 2008 and does not have it.

If you can get hold of the last 7 digits of the Vin. No. you could see how it left the factory in the Vin. checker.

Looks good enough spec wise to be a Sport and pricing seems about right. MV2 allots were fitted to Sport models. My 2007 Si Sport didn't have cruise either...

Neither does mine. Priced about right too as long as its in top condition. Does it have Xenons? Well worth having...

I think that it may be around 500 over priced. Mine if it went up for sale would be in the region of 9.5k to £9990. Mines a May 2008 with 51k but it is a rare one as only a couple of dozen produced with my combination

Still looking. Arranged to go for a look this morning and heard last night that the guy has sold to a mate at work. Have seen a Merlot Red with cream upholstery on Gumtree in Chelmsford for £4650. 102k with a decent looking spec. Any views on mileage etc etc. Thanks

Tbh if ts in decent condition with history, Si commands a premium, they fill a niche market between the Se and the M,
And are more an more sought after these days giving good all round performance, fuel economy and you dont have the high service costs of the M

john1534 i know you dont want to travel far to get one, but i do feel you are seriously restricting the chances to find the right one. Unless you are willing to travel to view them afar you will just end up making do with the car you do not really want
When we bought ours we picked around 4 to go and view on a Saturday ranging from Birmingham to Leeds and we live in Nottingham we bought the one in Leeds but if that was not the right one our next one to view was in Newcastle. We did have others we were going to arrange to go and see if none of what we viewed were what we wanted and they were in Scotland and on the South Coast.
You have been looking at 3.0Si for around 8.5k and to be contemplating looking at an 04 3.0 with 102k on tells me you are going to miss out on cracking cars if you are unwilling to travel. JMO
