Unfortunately not but have you identified from Realoem which gearbox you have? I would then go from there and search for videos on YouTube and make a general Google search on replacing the solenoid in your gearbox model.

I have a 4-speed automatic transmission (GM 4L30-E) and it's the first and second gears that are rough.

Have you at least tried changing the fluid and gearbox filter? It might be just a simple fix.
