Ordered a part from AutoDoc.
Two days later received an email that it was shipped from Poland.
since then I am tracking its journey to Slovakia, then to Hungary, to Romania and today in Bulgaria.
ok, I understand that I paid € 30 less from the best price I could get locally, but still unless it is coming on foot 10 days and 5 countries is a bit too much.
what is your experience with them?
Good? Bad?

Delivery from them is always longer for us in the UK from my experience, always be aware of delivery charges parts prices from them are always attractive and brands choice are pretty good. I do like their parts number search, enter the BMW Part number and it takes you to the items available.

Good pricing, but slow delivery so good for longer term projects. I don't mind the delay as long as they let you know, something showing in stock took 3 days before they shipped it - so I'm guessing that's the suppliers stock, not theirs.

Try unsubscribing from there service no matter what you do they will still send you weekly emails.

Today I checked their site and it says the parcel is delivered.
sent an email asking for proof of delivery. Got an automatic reply.
this is very annoying, I know I will sort this out, but still € 480 worth of stuff is still somewhere and not where they supposed to be.
Autodoc never again for me.

I've used them a few times and they are ok and I would use them again so long as I was not in a hurry for the parts. Delivery time has ranged from less that a week to about 3 weeks. Choice and prices are good. However returning anything is a PITA, and despite using my VIN number I have been sent wrong parts- subframe bushes were wrong as was caliper overhaul kit. I had to prove with drawings and photographs that the parts did not fit my car before I could get a returns form, then postage was nearly half of the value! I think you can pay extra for free postage on returns...

And to conclude on the Autodoc issue, today I received used coil, in an already opened box, wrapped with duct tape, clearly visible oily fingerprints on it and full of dust.
I will not even bother sending this back, I will test it on the car and if works, it works.
if it doesnt, i have learned my lesson.

The delivery times do let the service down a bit but I like the choice on the app. Interestingly enough when I ordered cv boots autodoc couldn't deliver for 2 weeks but when I search the part number I could get it from Arnold Clark parts with in 2 days. 2 days later the boot showed up in an autodoc box.

I have had ECP deliver the wrong knocksensors in the past and I waited a good while before needing them by which time it was too late. Pay your penny take your chance. I'd say ecp are usually easier to return stuff to than autodoc

Just as I’m about to order, a time sensitive item, this is much appreciated. I will not be buying from AutoDoc.

Bloody awful on most occasions I have had to use them. Parts take an age to come and more often than not are wrong
