I need the following if anyone that breaks cars have any! I have been quoted over £100 for these :oops:

Tin nut ST4,8-9Product number: 07-12-9-904-150 x10 off
Clamp for door opening mouldingsProduct number: 51-47-8-413-209 x20 off
Tin nut ST4,8-11-ZNProduct number: 07129904217 x10 off
Screw ST4,8X18MMProduct number: 07-14-7-129-161 x20 off
Door sill trim retaining clipProduct number: 51-47-8-399-492 x12 off
Clip L=14,1MM, naturProduct number: 51-47-8-236-385 x 4 off

Mine are a bit worse for wear after being removed a second time!

To be honest these types of items off Zeds being broken are usually brittle and of little use and break when removed. You are better off just replacing with new.

I probably don't need the numbers I have put but thought I would replace them all until I saw the price and thought ok no wonder people end up using silicone! Like my original door card and sill trim were when I first got the car!

Well, my advice was based on removing many of these fittings on many Z3s I have worked on over the last 7 years. Its worth having a few in your toolbox for those times you need to remove trim or panels etc.
But as they say, sh*** off, sh*** on then you end up with sh***. 🤷‍♂️

But as they say, sh*** off, sh*** on then you end up with sh***. 🤷‍♂️
I have boxes of bits for "just in case" and then you find you don't use them, bin them and then a month later spend an hour hunting around before you remember you binned them!
