Arial Grommet?

Please can anybody advise me on an arial grommet?
I have ordered one from Amazon but when it arrived the rib on the side was slanted
too steeply !! It does not seem to fit or is it just me
My zed is a 1999 wide body and it is blue
Any help would be appreciated
