Hi guys as you may know my Topaz blue Z3 2.2 is for sale on Autotrader at the moment; I have received two calls today and an email from a young lady who said she was in Munich and wants to see more pictures and come over to view. Should I be worried? Never sold a car to anyone other than locally. Si

Don't see why mate, standard safety precautions on viewing and test driving and bank transfer before you part with your motor.

I sold one to a chap from France as its so much cheaper here.
He had a mate from UK collect it. He was a new ebayer too. I thought it was a scam but he sent a deposit by bank transfer to hold the car and had a mate from Kent come and pay in cash (at the bank so I could be sure it wasn't fake notes!).

I've noticed that Zeds seem to hold their value in the States too.

Perhaps they have an old LHD nail of a donor car for the bits to convert from RHD to LHD, probably isn't that much of a job/hassle it the money they can save at purchase is significant.

Be a little causcious yes but German, French, Mongolian, everyone's money is the same colour. If she does get back to you it may be nice to find out why she's after a RHD car?
