Any tips on replacing a woofer on a BMW Z3?

Does anybody have any tips such as how many screws need to be removed or videos on how to replace a woofer at the foot well on the passenger side of a 1098 BMW Z3? Going to attempt
 
You just have to remove the kick panels and then the woffer is held in by Phillips head screws. The driver's side has the hood release handle as well. Not too difficult but be careful to not break the screws on the covers.
