The owner of a E85 Z4 has the auto-dim mirror with the half tide mark of a failing glass cell. He has priced a complete new mirror. It's expensive. He has also found the Mirrorjohn glass cell replacement and DIY instructions. It's a lot cheaper and looks relatively easy to do.
