Animated pictures

I can’t seem to put my animated birthday or welcome photo on the site
It just says they are too big
They used to work up until this morning
Anyone else having problems with any other photos

I've had the same problem trying to up load a picture, didn't matter how small a file size I made it said it was too big!!

How weird , this is , perhaps tomorrow, it will work , I’m now going to try it and see what happens
