Amazon how quick .....

I had to send a pair of GHDs hair strighteners back to Amazon ......
This was on Thursday afternoon ....
I got a email from them yesterday to say the money would be back in my bank in the next 7 working days .....
Couldn't believe when I checked my bank this morning the money from Amazon was already put back .....
How quick was that , they couldn't of even got the GHDs back to check them over .....
Now waiting for a new pair of GHDs from John Lewis
Well done to Amazon for being quick on the ball

Had something similar with some networking components I bought last year. Credited the money back before I could even get the parcel to their collection point. Very trusting of them

Long story ...... But to cut it short .....
Didn't think they were the real ones so sent them back ( but turns out they were genuine )
So ordered the same GHDs from John Lewis should be here by Monday
Will tell you the story when I see you , it's quite funny really
