Ok, so I took my zed to have alloys refurbished Monday morning, using a good firm I've used before, wheels going from silver to ferric grey, discussed 2 different shades to try and match up with bodywork. Got the phone call Tuesday lunchtime to say they were done, rocked over to fetch the car and when they pulled out of the workshop there stairing me straight in the face were a lovely set of refurbished SILVER wheels! The gaffer wasn't to pleased when I pointed out the error, bottom line they're re doing them for Friday which means they've had the car all week, I'm obviously not to happy about this, also I found out the branch is closing for good on Friday which doesn't fill me with confidence, just have to hope they're professional enough to do the job right.
