Evening folks - during a short drive this evening, speed, tacho, temp and fuel guages all failed - illumination and odometer plus warning lights still working fine as are all systems and engine. Before I start ripping the pod out, any idea what this could be if there are any stock faults ?
2000 Facelift 2.8.

Thanks in advance.

My tachco sometimes doesn't work when I first start up but kicks in after a few minutes.

Used to happen in my last Z, every now and again, once turned off and restarted it would be fine

I you get EEP_1 it may be a failed coding plug, but usually the speedo still works albeit inaccurately.

Hiya, I have got EEP_1 come up on my dash. No instruments showing any sign of life. Checked the fuses as suggested above all OK. Was working perfectly couple of days ago. Have tried the turn it on turn it off. What is this Failed Coding Plug?
Thanks
Chris

I have had EPP1 after a garage did some coding. It was removed by the same garage by coding the instrument cluster.
Theres a coding plug on the rear of the clocks it may have dropped its information.
