Used to have two at my old place but none now! People ask me why I don't cut down the trees growing through a couple of my cars a 29 chev 2dr sedan and a 48 Anglia body. They laugh when I tell them it's my theft deterrent as I'll hear the chain saws out back and know someone's trying to steal them. Hey, works for me!! Don't want to make things easy for anyone as both are prime drag car bodies. Especially the Anglia and I have a very long list of names of those wanting to buy them as well as some of the other pretty rare bodies out back! But hopefully @ Shelly will bring cakes and help me tidy up!! lol JIM

How sad...... I'd love a decent Mk II Cortina (I know that particular one isn't really decent)

I always wonder how you go from parking up one day to it being permanently off the road and finally ending up more plant than car a few years later? If noting else I'd have sold it for spares for a few quid before now! Its one advantage to living in Milton Keynes - all the concrete stops too much of that green stuff growing.....

yeh makes you wonder, but then again i didnt post a picy of the house, its in a similar state with greenery growing over and into it, the windows are smashed, it looks abandoned but in the winter there are footprints in the snow, and the bin in front of the cortina goes back into the garden after bin day so there must be someone there.
