As the title states I’m just looking at air suspensions as a possibility option.
Airtekk seems like the most budget friendly option but I’m also a little suspicious. For starters they said the z3 runs from 95-03 lol. I tried to look for reviews about Airtekk and the only negative thing I saw was that they give poor instructions. I’ve only seen positive reviews from what I could find about the struts themselves. I see some people using them on newer BMW’s. Anybody have anything bad to say about it such as ride quality or longevity. I don’t see why I would pay double for an air set up if this works for my needs.

Don't know about that stuff, my son runs static.
Things to consider though:
If you actually run it super low rather than just airing down when parking it, you'll need to ditch the 'x' brace, it bends easily and will crack the sump. Worth checking the engine mounts are in good condition, or the sump can drop below the front crossmember. The sump is alloy, it can easily crack or shatter.
Super, super low and you'll need to resite the fuel filter, you risk wearing through it, or even tearing it off. You'll be hitting the front frame rails, they're thin, consider fitting rivnuts and cheesehead/panhead screws, or you'll wear through them in short order. Long term, or if you wear through, fit a sheet of 3mm steel for the first 30cm.
If you want it to spark, use Titanium screws.

I can’t give you an answer on this brand, but I’ve done about 100k miles on Air Lift Performance. If installed well it should be fairly reliable. I use it every day and have done for maybe 5 years.

At a glance that kit looks like it would work, but won’t be the most comfortable judging by bag size.

Also go to poly bushed suspension if you do, the large changes in suspension geometry will knock out standard bushes ( I learnt this the hard way ) I also agree with Digitalize about the front bags looking a little on the small size
these were the front bags on my 350Z
