Hi all,

I removed the air filter box to fit a K&N filter and lost the nut that secures it to the engine bay. The flipping thing dropped in somewhere and I could find it. Its gone for good now.
Can anyone tell me the size/type so I can source a new one? Im not desperate but would like to have one in case I refit the original parts.

Thank you for your help

Jon

Most likely 6mm thread ergo 10mm spanner size? Sometimes these type of fixings have a washer machined as part of the nut.

Tony.

Just been out to look at mine and they are 6mm (10mmAF) as Tony has said.
Mine also have an integral washer,

RealOem gives it as
64509123157
Self-locking hex nut

An M6 washer with an M6 Nyloc Nut would sort it.

Flanged M6 nut.
I can recommend the stainless ones from Kays on ebay, provided they haven't shut for the duration. Fast and decent price too. If they have shut pm me and I'll send a couple.
