Anyone removed the seats and found the airbag warning light is stuck on ?
If so are there any fixes or have I done something wrong

Where do you live? If you are not too far from me I could have a crack at putting the light out.

As others have said common occurrence - reset tool or INPA software required to reset. What's your location somebody local to you may be able to help.

For your future reference this is usually caused by having the key in the ignition while doing the work. The circuit checks are made and it discovers part of the set-up has gone missing. There is an electrically triggered, pyrotechnic unit in the seat buckle that fires when the SRS unit detects an accident. It gets very upset if it thinks it can't fire it because you've disconnected/removed it temporarily. Unlike ABS lights, the SRS light has to be reset. As stated using the tool on ebay, a better quality/BMW specific hand-held code-reader or INPA.
