The air vents in my car blow air dependent on speed. Doesnt matter if the controls are set for defrost, vents or footwell. As the car goes faster I get a considerable amount of additional ventilation out of the vents and quite a bit of unwanted noise. Sounds like the air is blowing throught the seal at the top of the screen but thats fine.

Does anyone have any ideas where to look first? Been this way for awhile now. Nothing major just annoying.

There is quite the elaborate system in the evap/heater core canister inside the car's dash that controls airflow and temperature.
The air flow control in the dash controls temp, speed and vent selection.
They are connected via wires and a cable that controls the various vanes that direct airflow.
You can google to find various pictures and drawings to help you find your way.

I would start by making sure that the cable is connected and moving the vane controls on the evap box.
