But just a quick note: Buyer should prepare a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority and have their lawyer on speed dial. The claim that they'd receive Aliens 'and' BBC2 is potentially misleading. If Neptune's national public broadcasting service is unavailable, you should demand a full refund, as well as compensation for emotional distress.
