Activity in the field this morning.

This morning there were around 10 people in the field at the far side of the lake who appeared to be measuring out and placing markers in the ground.
So we assume that something will be starting on the bloody great building that was passed 3 years ago to be built at the end of the lake. Which will no doubt end up being turned into a house for one of his family.

Go and move the stakes tonight. Add 2 feet on the left, subtract 2 feet on the right. Move back left back 3 feet, and front right forward 3 feet. That kind of thing . . .

If you see anyone with a theodolite or Laser level and he puts in a single post, possibly with a nail in it.......That will probably be their site datum that all levels are taken from it.........Go and knock it down further into the ground......a bit each day, .

Oh no, the “Shepherd huts” on wheels are going across the far side of the field, 37 of them for Glamping.

No, it is going to be a 2 storey (outside steps to upper storey?) local shop, tackle shop, function room, cafe. I'll see if I can drag the plan up.

That was a point I raised on his last application to build a home just over the fence from us, when he stated it would be a place for the site manager to live. I asked what the upper floor was going to be used for as it had external access?

Make sure the planning department have a non residential clause in the letter. If not ask why not.

He will only apply for change of use. No one has managed to maintain a shop in the village all the time we've lived here (40 years) and he knows this as he's lived 2.5 miles away all that time. He will open the shop knowing it will fail and ask to change the use of the building.
