Wanted ACS actuator/CC actuator

I was out in the Z again today and as soon as I slid it the ACS light came on, same code as before, stating acs throttle actuator, the butterfly on the ACS throttle body feels nice and free so I'm thinking of swapping the actuator to see if this cures the problem, Just thought I would have a fish around on here first, its for a 2.8 but not sure if this is shared with any other models.
The problem clears when I restart the car

Thread title edited as it appears the the AC and CC actuators are the same part number

Thought this was ok but the fault came back again yesterday, anyone have one
