Took the z into work this morning to fit the freshly painted splitters off the 1.9, I was assured they fit so didn't test fit them before painting.
They are a bloody mile out, radius is wrong and they are too short, no worries though, set about sorting them, they are now ready for primer,
I had to build some strength into the extensions, so drilled and inserted 2 lengths of 8mm threaded bar, this was bonded in then the area was built up with fibre past and finished with filler, I also had to fill the radius as I was about 10mm out at its widest point,
I'll put some more pics on later as I'm struggling to get them on.

Thanks for the kind words guys, I am humbled and it's the kind of thing I do on a daily basis, the rear is a sinch in comparison, they even match the hole that mounts the splash guard to the bumper, the small part fits ok but the main body has a slightly different profile and it needed some filler, the lengths are perfect and fit very well,
