We went up to Clermont, to the Tiki bar on the shore of Lake Mineola tonight to have a meal with some friends. It had been overcast all day till we got there. Then the sun started to show its face just in time to give us an awesome sunset!

What could be nicer, a beer, a burger and a natter with friends?

When we were here last September the lake was so low that the water level was way out beyond the covered boat dock!

Overall some nice views at the Tiki Bar.

Tony you can not beat a good sunset. You get a very simlular one in Turkey

Today has been gorgeous, hardly a cloud in the sky all day, and just now at 6.00 pm it's a balmy 84 deg. Forecast to get back into the low 90's on Saturday and Sunday, and continuing into next week too. Shirl's been shopping today so I've been "working" again, we've refurbed the Wishes sign and it went back up this morning, I changed the batteries in all (9) , yes nine, smoke alarms, in 6 TV remotes, 2 pool door alarms and 2 pool window alarms. Put up a nice picture some friends left for us on Sunday, warmed a nice pizza for lunch along with a cold Corona Extra and read by the pool this afternoon. It tough but ........;)

You must be exhausted after all that charging about, Tone! Your Villa looks really lovely. Can't wait for the Summer to come here! Good for Shirl to get a bit of retail therapy now and again, hope she found what she wanted.
