This is absolutely true. I've had first hand experience with this. I watched @miller1098 do this in Texas. They couldn't wait to congratulate him and insisted to take him with them so that an official on a higher level in what must have been a court-of-honor gave him a wonderful speech on the topic. They gave him a printed record of the event for him to put in his scrap book. When I caught up with him after the event I'll never forget the sight of him with the broadest smile on his face brandishing his printed record of the event like the trophy it really was!!!!! If I wasn't driving the car, it might have been difficult if not impossible to prevent him from repeating the same performance again. What a thrill it was!!!!!!!!!!!! Here's a picture of it before it went into @miller1098 scrap book:

yeh its funny (well it is for me)

its not just beemers though, its german cars in general, my brother had a beetle and it had one of those jesus bars on the dash, you know - the metal handle on the dash that the passenger grabs and shouts JESUS when you go around a corner.

duno but im tempted to buy a dummy brake pedal, the passenger braking for you is like pressing the buttons harder on your game console in the vain attempt it will somehow make a difference:wideyed:

im guilty of this, i get the finger salute regularly for not indicating;)
That is the one thing that really pisses me off, too lazy to lift a finger to move a bloody switch. What am I? A f***ing mind reader ?

A lot of truth in what Low Rider posted obviously not respectable Z3 or Z4 drivers well most I hope.
Couple of things really stood out I find pushy BMW drivers pushing in lanes thinking its there given right everyone should give way to them.
The other coming down slip roads cutting across all lanes to the outside lane then up someone's exhaust pipe outside lane road hogs especially those X5s or big saloons.
So annoying.

Terribly true that joke. I'll try always to demolish this image and very often is amusing to see how surprised are people , drivers or pedestrians, when you're polite and offer priority , in most cases when they don't have it! Priceless!

The most polite drivers i ever came across was when i was in Coolangatta Gold Coast. Australia you only need to look across the the other side of the street and the drivers would stop to allow you to cross. I crossed the road more times than i wanted to.
