My Battery has been removed to prevent any battery drain whilst I'm not running her...however, I was browsing my original factory specs and I have 818 Main battery switch listed?

Was this an option? How does it work exactly? Can't remember seeing a physical switch anywhere... If the car has this, how can its function be checked?

Anyone?

Many thanks

I believe they all had it, was for shipping of the car over from US.
The switch was then removed here.

You can get an aftermarket switch to fit, I've even seen ones that allow only minimal current for clock etc but stops bigger draws.

Yes, temporary switch put in for transit, removed on arrival in UK probably at dealers during PDI
