For 5.5k it will be rough...

Condition is everything in regards to the price

    Why is it 'rough'?

Vanos unit replaced 26/02/12 at a mileage of 88000. Work carried out by BMW specialist Mr Vanos.

Mike, I've seen a good few m roadsters at different price ranges.

Cars in excellent condition fetch upwards of 8k or so.

They may have a few imperfections and need money spending on them still,
Depending on how fussy you are.

You don't see cars in the 5k bracket unless people are desperate to sell, or they need money spending on them.

Everyone has different perceptions on condition as well.

One persons mint condition is another's good/average condition.

That is just a rumour spread by people with 'little engine's'...
When you have a big engine AND know how to use it.... need I say more ;)

The missus is actually more comfortable with the slightly smaller version, although I can still give her a scare with it.
