Back for a week, have a nice family weekend then me and the Boss can get some Zedding in when the children are at school/College, hopefully roof down. The Boss currently has Bella on trickle charge, she's ace :)

Short term pain for long term gain mate, the job is great. With Facetime/Skype/WhatsApp etc you're never really away these days.

Could've done the Desert mate, more money and time off etc but not prepared to compromise my principals ;)

Stay where you are mate, I went on a contract in Azerbaijan, 3 months on, 2 weeks off.
Then they said. "You will be doing 1 year on with 1 month off"
Told them where to stick it......
