Had a drive to Clay Cross and spotted a palmeto green Z3 on a lovely B road near there (roof up), a black Z3 (roof up), an E89 pulling out of a garden centre near Tansley, he waved first...big surprise and finally a tango orange Z4 with @Mac Romans behind the wheel.

It's nice to get a wave.

I'm used to it I suppose because I'm a motorcyclist, but it was a refreshing surprise when I first started driving Z'ds.

I was a motorcyclist until about five years ago and loved it, still got all my gear just in case .
Took me a while to stop doing the bikers nod every time I saw a bike coming towards me.

Didn't quite get it up onto two wheels around corners as @Mint suggested but after Sara complaining about being pinned against the door on right handers, I calmed it down a bit .

Great spots , it's always lovely to get a wave back ,
I always try to pull over in my lane when I see a bike so they can get passed me , my dad and mum , still go on their bike and they are both over 70

Wow, hats off to your parents, good on um .
I do the same Shelley when there's a motorbike behind me. The majority of car drivers do that in France and Spain etc.
