3 series alloys fit narrow body z3

Hi all.

Just lookin for advice.

Will bmw 3 series wheels fit my 1998 narrow body z3?

Its lowered 30mm on eibachs as well but currently running the standard 16's.

They are staggered

245/40/17
225/45/17

Im trying get more details of the alloy size

Usually yes, but without the exact offset and PCD it's hard to confirm.

Hi I've just put 68s on my narrow body with a 30mm drop fitted fine. Just added 20mm spacers on the back for looks, I think you will love them.

Exactly what I had on my Z3, but I also added 14mm spacers on the fronts. The same spacer then went onto my E85 Z4 3.0i

Don't think it would take 14mm. My tyres might be more bulbus but thanks for the advice, really happy with how it's going.

I have 8.5 J on a narrow body with 245/40/17 tyres on the rear.no spacers tho.they are et 41

As did I Trevor, also for the E85. I'm considering some for my recent E89. Need to do some measuring. as these are less expensive in the USA.

ps. My Z3 had staggered style 68s when I got in 2009.

Based on pic above im going try get them ordered. They look great. They are just 180 miles from me 3.5 hrs so trying see if can get them delivered! Il get spacers another time as like that look a lot. Fingers crossed they will post them for me

This was my 2000 Z3 2.0 Neil on style 68s with 20mm spacers on the rear and 14mm on the front.

Style 68 suit zed 3 front offset same as standard zed 3 alloy rear sits in by 9mm
So as said will fit straight on but spacers will enhance the look.

Luckily found some closer by, just trying find out condition and tyre condition! Fingers crossed again. Cant really tell from pictures and look good again and only 35 mile trip this time.

Good news. Wheels on order. Managed get style 68! Arrive early next week havn't got car back from garage yet for all the jobs its having done, probably end of next week so once ive got everything il pop a pic up

P.s what size are the centre caps are they 68mm? Going get some new ones for them.

Think they are will measure mine when I get home from work and post the size.

As for the centre caps aftermarket ones a lot cheaper than genuine bmw ones but don't expect them to last more than a year or two.
Same goes for the bonnet ones generic ones quarter the cost of genuine ones but last quarter of the time.

Wheels centre caps commonly 68mm, although there are other sizes.

Todays the day. Popped the new to me wheels on. No spacers yet but im fine with the current fit (dont zoom too close - curb rash but not worth getting done)
