Wanted 3.0 roadster

After owning a few (two 2.8s and an ///M Coupe Breadvan), I'm looking for a decent, well cared for 3.0.

Must have:
- FSH
- Leak free roof
- Heated seats
- Ideally be a manual car
- All colours considered

Nice to haves would be heated extended leather/sports seats and a hard top (or even just the prep).

I had a the manual 2.8 facelift Z3 (the M52tu twin vanos) and when I visited London I received a TFL £80 fine for ULEZ, and another £80 for Congestion Charge, because I didnt log in to pay quickly enough.
They class the car as non ULEZ compliant.

Yip only some 2.2 and 3.0 are compliant

Thanks for the very useful info! Typically I'd do a TFL reg check on a car, but good to know its not as cut and dry as that.
3.0 it is then - unless the 2.2 comes with LSD as standard?

2.2 has an LSD..only the later 3.0l are Ulez compliant

Edit.. that should read ... the 2.2 and only the later 3.0 (51 and 02 I think) are ULEZ compliant

Might only be the 2.2 Sport with LSD
