Having a little trouble finding uprated bushes for this size front bar, but loads of 25 or 26mm ones available, could I use them? And if so which diameter? T.I.A.

MEYLE have a 25.5mm D bush available for the front sway bar, the part number is 314 615 0018
The parts can be obtained online from several MEYLE distributors, namely AtoZ parts in Halifax speak to Asam tell him your a Z3 owner and you will receive a discount, or Motormec in Norwich

Oooops sorry, I missed the uprated comment, these bushes are standard, but they will last the lifetime of the car whilst you have it, I question whether fitting overpriced bushes will actually make any difference that would be noticeable.
