Thanks, It blew the fuse to fuel pump, so I changed the pump but still it blows fuse #19. I also had wires heating up at fuel module. When I unplugged the wires going to pump no fuse blown and module not overheating. So I checked continuity between those wires and it does show continuity. Unplug wires from pump no continuity. Unplug back side of pump to send unit no continuity. Trying to remove sending unit but now sure how. Any help is greatly appreciate.

I’m sure I saw what you need on YouTube Randy. Just search BMW E85 Z4 fuel sender removal.
