I can understand that but only 2 of the previous E89's I've owned were on 18" wheels - I think the car suits 19's just like the E85 suits 18's and the Z3 suits 17's
Tbh my experience has been that the tyres and suspension have more of an impact on ride quality than wheel size. The biggest issue with 19" wheels seems to be cracks. I've only owned 1 car with the 326's that didn't have cracks and the 296’s were no better. Hopefully these 230's don't suffer a similar fate.
Well after 8 great years the Z4 has gone, hopefully will not be the last time i see it as it has gone to a great new owner / custodian who will look after her the same way i did. Possably showing the car off at several local shows, may even be a new Zorg member.
